Weather-Related Cancellations
Weather-related cancellations are at the discretion of the booked therapist(s), based on current and forecasted road conditions. The weather in the mountains can change quickly, and the safety of our team is our top priority.

If at least one of the scheduled therapists can safely travel, we’ll do our best to offer a solution, such as modifying the schedule or rescheduling if you’re flexible.
If we cancel your appointments due to weather, your deposit will be fully refunded.

Deposits & Booking
A deposit is required to reserve your appointment and begin the booking. The deposit amount is based on the number of sessions you book and is credited toward your total fee.
Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
The remaining balance for massage sessions is paid directly to each massage therapist on the day of your appointment, via cash or Venmo. 
Tipping is always appreciated, but entirely at your discretion.

Cancellation & Deposit Policy
We understand that plans change. Here's how we handle cancellations:

• More than 7 days' notice: Your deposit will be fully refunded.
• 3 to 7 days' notice: 50% of your deposit will be refunded.
• Between 24 and 72 hours: The deposit is not refunded, but it will be issued as a credit valid for 1 year.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows: No refund or credit will be issued.​

If we need to cancel your booking due to a therapist's illness, an emergency, or scheduling issues, we will do our best to find an alternate therapist or reschedule your services. If we’re unable to do so, your deposit will be fully refunded.
By booking your appointment and submitting your deposit, you are agreeing to these policies.
